Follow Maria through a season
Every chapter closes with Maria, the one paid half-timer at Riverside Community Choir, who has forty-five singers, about six hundred people on file, and a season of four concerts. She is the whole office: box office, bookkeeper, and thank-you writer.
When you read “Maria’s day,” you are watching one admin use that exact feature to get one real thing done before the coffee goes cold. Read the chapters in order and her season unfolds; dip into one and it still stands on its own.

Where to begin
If this is your first evening with Fay, read Getting started, then bring in a ticket CSV with Ticket imports. By the second cup of coffee the rows will be people. Everything else, every screen, badge and quiet suggestion, has its own chapter in the rail alongside this page, ready when you meet it.
