Cookie Policy
A short accounting of the cookies we set. Last revised July 22, 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of text a website stores in your browser. Fay uses very few of them, and only the kind that make the app work.
Cookies we use
We use exactly two first-party cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in as you move around Fay. A CSRF token protects your account from a specific kind of security attack by confirming that requests really came from you. Both are set directly by faycrm.com, never by a third party.
Cookies we don't use
We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't allow third-party trackers inside the app. Our marketing site doesn't use analytics at all, so there's nothing there quietly counting your visits either.
Managing cookies
Because our session cookie is required to keep you signed in, blocking it means you won't be able to sign in to Fay. Most browsers let you view, clear, or block cookies in their settings if you'd like to see how that works.
Changes to this policy
If the way we use cookies changes, we'll update this page, and we'll let you know about any change that meaningfully affects you.

Questions about cookies? Write to us at [email protected]. Fay is run under the name Fuchiba, which is not a registered company but a trading name used by one individual, so the reply comes from the person who set the two cookies above.
